(i.) If you want to request for a return you can do it by signing in your Snapdeal account. After opening the page you will see your product which you ordered with a ‘delivered’ label on it. You will find return button at the bottom of your order you can simply click on it and go with the flow.
(ii.) You have to pack your product as it was before, with the invoice.
(iii.) After 3-4 days, a courier person will come to the address provided by you while filing return request. Hand it over to him and wait for 1-2 days till it will be sent back to the seller.
(iv.) If everything goes fine, then you will receive a mail about the refund or you can demand for a replace too.
If your product value is under Rs. 1,000 then you will get refund via Snapdeal Cash (also known as SD Cash) which can be used for buying any another product on the site but if your product is of more than Rs.1,000 then you can get an option of taking refund through Bank Transfer too. You will get an email about this and will be prompted of these options. You can select the option with which you are comfortable.
